Michelle Ardanza

Michelle is an experienced helping professional who has spent the last decade of her career working with individuals with diverse abilities and needs. Michelle received her BA from CUNY Hunter College in 2016, completed Certification in Applied Behavioral Analysis in 2020, and has worked in the nonprofit and behavioral health space for many years. During this time, Michelle developed a passion for working with her clients to discover their innate strengths as individuals with different abilities. She feels that it is important that a coach be considered a “team member” who works alongside the client to create and attain their goals, all while maintaining a warm, empathetic, and safe space for her clients. Michelle’s work is informed by many years of working with and advocating on behalf of neurodiverse clients moving through a neurotypical world. She feels strongly that a foundation of self-worth, paired with a strengthening of executive functioning skills through coaching, is key to the success of her clients. Michelle offers services in both English and Spanish and is joining the team at Wonder Years with a strong passion for providing a safe, trusting space for her clients to achieve their goals.
